Hmm. Good point. I concede on the lack of impartiality on the part of Pied Piper. Though I can't help but wonder if people want a dealership experience because that's what they know, so that's what they expect.

I don't think people want a dealership experience. Pied Piper PSI measures conversion, not vehicle sales. Your "satisfaction index" measures how well your dealership is doing vs. other dealerships, not how well one manufacturer's sales stack up against another manufacturer's. If you wanted to measure the contagion of a disease vector, PPPSI would be exactly the model to use.

There are few classes of humans you can joke about freely anymore. Pedophiles, furries, car dealers. And some people feel bad picking on furries.

Hmm. I didn't know the mechanics of the survey. Your argument is very compelling. Maybe the article is more of a hit piece than I thought.

Though in defense of TTAC, they have said some good things about Tesla as well.

I really like TTAC. It's a really fun website. But I'm not convinced this article says anything useful.

Yeah. You've actually changed my mind on it as well.
