I work as a clerk for a local pharmacy while going to school full-time. If there was one thing I could tell an average customer it would be how unbelievably terrible the current system of medical care/pharmaceuticals is handled. Insurance companies don't care, drug manufacturers don't care, and everything is too expensive.
