I'm hoping this catches on. The prison system is inundated with people who are just at a low point in life and although they committed a crime the punishment hardly ever matches. Prison isn't the answer for our country's drug problems and should always be the last resort. Unfortunately, that isn't how it works and the idea that you are innocent until proven guilty is such a misnomer it is not even funny.
