SocioLotto works like a lottery. Each day you can enter and each day a winner is chosen. The winner gets their message broadcast to everyone and it is opened for discussion.
I have made several improvements based on the sage wisdom of several hubski users. The biggest change in the update released today is the addition of hourly "mini-lottos" to allow for a constant feed of content in several categories.
