Ugh, just reading that made me nauseated. I'm not a fan of mozzarella sticks or TGI Fridays to begin with.

Cheddar stuffed deep fried jalapeños? Occasionally with cream cheese instead? They're all right, thought they do make one feel like sin afterwards. A rare indulgence but one I'd go for from time to time. With the mozz sticks it's a texture thing. I don't like how they are soft all the way through beneath the hard crust. For sure, it was amusing - just torturous! I would never do it. Or at least, I'd bring a friend.
