My apologies that the two links I have posted happen to be on the same subject but this strikes me as being utterly ridiculous. E-cigarettes getting banned because their an overheating risk- probably due to incorrectly used or inappropriate chargers- while real cigarettes are still allowed because of course an open flame is perfectly alright near a platform that can go boom. Might be missing the big picture but I think this is a step in the wrong direction because it sets a very wrong image.

Text surrounded by asterisks (*) is italicized.

Text surrounded by plus signs (+) is bolded.

Text surrounded by vertical bars (|) is quoted. If you double-click a paragraph, it will be quoted.

Text surrounded by tildes (~) is blocked out.

Symbols such as *, +, |, and ~ can be used literally by placed a \ in front of the text.

A user's name surrounded by at signs (@) links to their profile, and the user is notified that you mentioned them.

A word surrounded by hash signs (#) becomes a tag and links to posts with that tag.

Text after a blank line that is indented by two or more spaces is reproduced verbatim in a different font.

URLs become links. However, new users cannot post links in comments.

Hubski URLS become embedded cards, displaying information about the post or comment.

This doesn't seem all that ridiculous to me. They clearly site that it was the "charging" of the e-cig and not the smoking of it that was hazardous. There's a big difference there.

yes, but thats the point. E cigs only turn into miniature grenades when they're charged with the wrong chargers... it has set a bad example. Well I think it has.
