Sure, sure, but I really enjoy some of the essays that get published. I can't help it. It's high quality as hell and right of center as hell, but at least they're writing about history and trying to put events in a historical context, even if it has bias.

I might just give up on periodicals, except maybe NY Review, because I'm so tired of the narrow scope.

It's pretty slim, I admit. I subscribe only to The Week, because it's like the Reader's Digest of newsmagazines, and Saudi Aramco World because I want my pro-Arabian historical propaganda in as slick and informative packaging as I can find it.
