You shouldn't forget that in the Hubski system there are two sides to each equation. If kleinbl00 becomes annoying, he gets unfollowed, and is no longer a power user. "Power users," if we must insist that they exist, are not constants. Their existence as "power user" depends on every follower continuing to follow them, which one assumes is based on the quality of their content and shares.I don't know if you've experienced something different or something similar, as interesting as kleinbl00 can be, I refuse to follow him and some other extremely notable members of the site for his own reason; he is essentially a power user of Hubski. If he wanted to, he could pretty much collapse what makes this site a third place by overloading it with information that he decided was true due to his large amount of followers.
