Thank you for the link, it was really informative. I guess what I was hoping for was a more transparent way of knowing how close you are from being banned. For example, I just had someone curse at me because s/he ran out of arguments in the discussion. I'm sure to be filtered by this person and wonder how many more unreasonable filters will it take until I'm silently silenced.

No such device exists and honestly, you don't have to worry about it. It's not designed to ensure everyone agrees etc. I expect I'm filtered by a number of people. It's a tool to curate your experience here. If this person you communicated with chooses to filter or even mute you, that's fine. That's what those tools are there for. Don't sweat it. Hope that helps
