#nsfw# Do you have any idea how to intentionally get that bleeding glitch effect? I know it's used a fair amount these days, but I really love it as a visual transition.

Looks like what you'd get by removing I-frames from an mpeg video. I can't think of a sane way to do that without writing code off the top of my head, but I bet you could persuade avidemux to do it. Edit: Here you go
