Canada doesn't have the gangs, the culture, etc. It's not about black folks, it's about gang violence and poverty. Canada has universal health care, and I do not believe they are as restrictive about drugs or guns as the US is/was.

Agreed on cultural differences. Canada is looser on drugs tighter on guns.
