I don't think it should be. The person deleted it for a reason and just because it received a badge doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to delete it. Weirdly, on my phone it said "content not found". On my computer I can see it, even in incognito. Also weirdly, if you click the badge icon from the feed it shows as deleted rather than showing the text. Definitely a bugski.
