The changes have been slow, almost unnoticeable. But, we're here. This is the age of big data, analytics, tracking, predicting. We're at a critical point where we need to decide if we should embrace this new technology or reject it. Then again, it might be inevitable. I wonder if we'll ever know true privacy.
I think that's a good question to ask. Even people that grow up in very small towns or in cultures where large, extended families exist and communities are generally very tight-knit, at least there is privacy within one's own mind. With the prediction capabilities of technology, even that might go the way of the buffalo.
