I think the artificial womb is a ways further off than 2033. Not because of technological concerns, but because of legal concerns. There are enough deeply religious members of government that would see such a thing as an affront to God.

I thought the artificial womb was the only one that sounded possible. Well the haptics too, but that's just stupid.

If our governments are anywhere near as religious in 2033 as they are today I will be simultaneously devastated and shocked. In all likelihood our government organization will be more intelligent by 2030.
