This is so amazing that you will eat it instead of junk food. It's nicer. Roast chickpeas 1 drained, rinse can of chickpeas
2 tsp olive oil
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste 1. Combine everything 2. Bake at a high heat for 15 minutes 3. Take out and shake pan/roll them around. 4. Bake for a second 15 minutes BINGO! You can also flavour these with cinnamon and even sugar if you want a sweeter snack. Or try other herbs and spices. Don't overdo the oil though because they are less nice when oily. They need to be a little dry, not too greasy.
