I grew up in Michigan about 45 minutes outside of Detroit. Growing up, my parents would take us down to the city for special occasions; a trip to the DIA or perhaps to go see the Tigers play. Whenever we would drive in to the city past the Fisher Building, even as a child I would be in awe. It really is an amazing site. I have see some shows at the Fisher Theatre, it's a remarkable venue. Here's the original building so that you can compare it to the lego version: CmdrTaco, I'm assuming you are a lego enthusiast based on your review of The Cult of Lego.
