I know it's a headline, but I wish that websites and journalists, and media would stop using "Shocking" for things like this. "Fascinating" is a much better word, or "Engrossing", or "Captivating". Even if you want to use an attention-grabbing word, use "Gripping", or something. these photos are interesting, fascinating, and telling. They show, especially, how everything we build and strive for can be wiped away in an instant.
