I think we need a major overhaul and I'm hoping there is enough anger to just throw an unprecedented number of reps out when the elections come. Hopefully then we can start trying to push the Dems to the left in the way the Republican activists have successfully pushed the Republicans (and the Dems by extension) to the right. I dunno. It is such an uphill battle. But the bottom line is that I don't want to vote for Obama but I really really really don't want a Republican in the White House. Yes, I am one of those people that do in fact believe that that would be worse, -not the same.
The question is who? .. and how will they get funded? It's no secret that money wins elections. Combine $ with a sensible platform of reduced spending and increased revenues and you may have a winner. I think you should run. I'd gladly help you any way I could. I'm serious.
