Have you read Ishmael by Daniel Quinn? He annoyed the hell out of me but goddamn if it doesn't stick with you. It's basically "Conrad Lorenz's 'On Aggression' For Dummies."
No. Sadly, I haven't read either. I'm aware of Lorenz, but just superficially. Ishmael was once on my to-do list, but I forgot about it. I'll put it back on.
