phở tái! This is exciting, even though (or because?) it does somewhat pre-empt my step 6. (Or was it 5?) It's one on a short list I'm compiling of foods most ideal for recovery. Soda/v8/lime/banana/hot sauce/milk? Wow. Can't say I'd have put all those together. Still, I can see what each element is trying to contribute.
