Do you have the opportunity to get out and play / is that something you can make happen in the future? I dunno, you seem super busy but maybe there's a way to go out and perform if you're not already doing that. First impression: Enjoyed this album a lot, it feels like a natural progression from The Whole Love and the second half of the album carries a lot of lyrical weight with some unpredictable instrumentation to strengthen that fact. Taste the Ceiling onwards is a trip. My favorite three tracks are likely: Where Do I Begin, Magnetized, and Taste the Ceiling in that order. But Cold Slope and Random Name Generator are close and this will likely switch with more listens. Edit: Listened to Where Do I Begin four times now...this song is a work of art. I need to some music writing this weekend too. Damn.
