I have the ability to some extent to switch off my brain while watching some movies and just go along with the non-sense-making, but I just love subtlety and quiet emotion and seriousness and darkness and aesthetically-pleasing-things, art, and I hate what fills a lot of media: dumb humor which is so non-subtle, obvious/blunt and spoon fed to the audience - no sense of discovering something, or feeling like it's thoughtful - cheezy jokes thrown into overly dramatic action..

My favourite medium is the paper book, and I love the feeling of going through and finishing a book - and I'd like to translate that to film. I'm writing concepts and scene visions daily, and so far I'm inspired by the dystopian genre which I've been reading - and being thrown back to dark-fairytale books I read in the past~

I love and hate what seems like everything - so if I had a budget, amazing crew of pros, was the supreme dictator of a set; I'd be in heaven - I'd be happy directing a music video, or film of any kind (maybe not comedy/action..)
