Behold breakfast, most days of the week. I often don't have an appetite in the morning, and this meets the nutrient macros I like for breakfast. If I'm going to the gym that day it's protein powder instead of almond/peanut butter.

The recipe is as follows

About half that bag of kale

1/3 cup OJ

1/3 cup Greek Yogurt

5-6 frozen strawberries

1/3 cup frozen mango chunks

1 banana

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

3 tablespoons of almond butter

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Blend the kale with OJ and yogurt to a fine puree, then add everything else.
