I'd like to be in a career track position. After attending grad school or stumbling into something. I'd like to have my behavioral/emotional issues under control, be sober or able to drink responsible. All of those are intertwined as far as I can see.

"Need" makes this a difficult question. I think, path to home ownership that I'm comfortable with, my own health and mobility, and my position at work continuing to grow. I'd also like to feel challenged in a way I can overcome. I've found that very rewarding in the past, and I think I will in the future. It doesn't need to be physical like running. Travel used to challenge me, and I'm sure there are other rewarding experience.
