I hope this gets lots of attention and some justice is served. It sounds like a bit of stretch that it was damaged and so images were not deleted, or something like that. Sounds like his goggles are recording everything.
Yes, there will be a lot of issues to be addressed when everything is being recorded. I'm not sure I want to live in that world.

I wonder if these types of devices become popular if we will see backlash from. I mean, cameras are pretty ubiquitous already and we see some problems people have with that (police confiscating cellphones, etc). What if everything you did and saw was recorded? And with things like HSPA+/LTE you could probably stream everything pretty seamlessly.
