I wonder if these types of devices become popular if we will see backlash from. I mean, cameras are pretty ubiquitous already and we see some problems people have with that (police confiscating cellphones, etc). What if everything you did and saw was recorded? And with things like HSPA+/LTE you could probably stream everything pretty seamlessly.
