Obviously the furniture is a big draw for anyone that wants the house as anything other than a tear down. And there is no way they want the furniture for their new house. Plus I do not recognize the furniture as anything classic so I doubt the auction value without the house would be much. Of course the furniture is included.

I can't think of anything specific at the moment, but I have seen some interesting design and decoration decisions when we have gone house hunting. We have seen lots of bedrooms with loud, bright paint. I didn't even know it was possible to get paint so bright.
