BFV, how do you find so much music? anyway IIII LOOOOOVE YOOOOUUUU JE-SUS CHRIII EI EI EIST
This morning we started listening to records. Some Stan Getz was playing when my daughter said, "Daddy, can you put on some kids music?" "Sure," I said. I put on Huey Lewis and the News, "Sports," and everyone was happy.
I went antique shopping today and one of the stores I was in had not only had a jukebox, but it was plugged in and full of classic rock and country. I literally spent an extra half hour in that store because I got to pick some songs. So it got me in the mood to share a bit of the good, old stuff . . .
The Veronica's video made me laugh because I drove a 1972 Eldorado while I was in high school and there is no gas tank access on the side of the car. It's behind the license plate in the back. So when she was trying to put gas in the side it confused the shit out of me.
bfv, let me ask you. Where do you find the music that you like? It's not something I hear in bars nor is it anything I hear anyone in my social circles talk about. It's very eclectic compared to what I'm used to, not in a bad way or anything. It just feels like people took influence from artists like The Misfits or Ministry and cranked it past 11, all the way to 20.
