Ok, so I am in Omaha for my sins this week (I joke) and got bored and did the un-needful and drank in my hotel room.
I recalled several people talking about Moose Drool so I bought some, along with a bag of puffed Chia (chia pet chia? who knows).
Good beer.
Also, had Upstream Brewery Dark Rye Stout - very nice and by my estimation the first "nitrogen" beer I've had.

That's true. Some beers do fine out of the bottle compared to the tap. Best case I can think of to illustrate that is http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/73/226 Great Lakes Brewings Edmund Fitzgerald Porter. To my still developing beer-buds it tastes almost exactly the same from bottle or tap.
Moose Drool on tap is amazing. It was at every bar in Missoula when I was at school there. I had a friend "Johnny" with a keg-erator that always had a keg of moose-drool in it. Every party we threw in college = keg of moose drool. Don't be afraid, be excited. Try it.
