It's really good that you aren't giving up on hope. Don't ever give up, no matter how tough it gets. Sometimes what people give up on is what they need or what they have been searching for.

There are people out there who struggle so much and refuse to help themselves. (Not that I'm blaming her - I'm thinking she's terrified and stuck.) And then there are people who have big hearts and want to fix those with broken ones. What we don't pay attention to is the balance that is needed in a relationship. If that isn't there, it drains us!

I'll keep your friend and you in my prayers. Keep holding onto hope! I apologize if any of what I said didn't make sense... it's late here lol.
