What should be in fact common sense for anyone with one brain or who read Kennan, now has to be a subject for "revisionism" (in fact it is the revision of the revisionists of the sixties, who have sold generations of students and readers their story of the US instigated Cold War...) Anyway, the book is very promising and I will take a look asap....
