The apartment my boyfriend and I looked at was exceptionally priced, in an "okay" residential neighborhood smack dab in a larger area of warehouses, offices. But it was 100sqft and gorgeous, fireplace, balcony. So I family watchdog'd that shit. Here's a screenshot. That's just one of the red dots. They're all similar in length of offenders. Clusters are crazy. The location is Western and Torrance Blvd in Torrance, CA
