Ingredients
½ cup thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp butter or margarine melted
¼ cup white wine
½ tsp dill weed
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
4 salmon steaks 1" thick (8 oz. ea.)
Instructions1. In an oblong baking dish, combine celery, butter, wine, dill weed, salt and pepper.
2. Arrange salmon in dish, with thickest portions towards edge of dish.
3. Spoon sauce over each steak, then cover.
4. Heat with 700 watts for 10-13 minutes.
5. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.

If you do that recipe I recommend making more than suggested of the sauce, and wait until its almost done cooking, then pour more of the sauce on for the last bit. It makes the flavor stand out a lot more when I've tried it.

I love me some lemon butter dill sauce for salmon. I marinate them with it and broil it. So...so good.
