c. chip cookies, based off of The Joy of Cooking. My first time trying browned butter in cookies JOY wanted nut meat, and 50/50 mix of white/brown sugar. I put in no nuts, and all brown sugar. Turned out good. Kinda chewy edit: at first, 9 hours later and they crunch.
