can i recommend ifttt.com for any automation requirements there really good. here is a recipe that will post new feed entries to twitter http://ifttt.com/recipes/43328 or http://ifttt.com/recipes/43332 wich would go to buffer and distribute the posts at more even intervals and at peak times
