use RSS feeds like BBC news to incorporate into Hubski have a Suggest a post page where new users can see a selection of posts from said rss feeds and all they have to do is select one and it will post it for them.

Ah, I know. Have you ever heard of newsblur? It has a recommended feed thingy and gets the content right from the site itself by showing the actual site. I think I'll recommend Hubski :P
