For the busy, the easter egg was a character in the audience who nods at exactly the moment you're supposed to punch, in order to deliver an instant knock out. I'm honestly surprised nobody found this for nearly three decades! Still, very cool that people are invested in finding new things, even in old games. I hope in another 30 years we'll see little tidbits put in by today's devs.
