This links to Kelly Starrett's daily mobility WODs (workout of the days) where in each episode (Once you get started i suggest doing the days before to get more out of the movements and then doing the new ones) he delves into various physiological problems acquired through the modern lifestyle eg sitting too much and he dedicates each episode to fixing a common physiological ailment. I highly recommend this to anyone, not just people who are gym rats but people who want to live a far more painless and comfortable lifestyle. You can't change the body your in, so why not improve it.
I also recommend going all the way back to page 13 and starting on the first episode as this will allow you to not only see Kelly's progress over the years, but it will also allow you to build a more uniform knowledge base as he starts with more simple terminology in the first few episodes and quickly builds on that to target even more intricate problems
