Alright, so maybe not of all time, but I really loved Ralph Fiennes as M. Gustave in The Grand Budapest Hotel.

Almost could be one of my favourite characters ever.

    You see, there are still faint glimmers of civilization left in this barbaric slaughterhouse that was once known as humanity. Indeed that's what we provide in our own modest, humble, insignificant... oh, fuck it.

I loved that line...

Also Hugo Weaving as Agent Smith in The Matrix.
