It's 17:05, and it's typically very early for an update, but since I don't have much to say, I might as well deal with it sooner.
Things are going better. I say it every time, and every time I mean it. It's good to watch myself grow invisibly to tackle bigger obstacles - which is, too, what I say every time.
Burpees are a real bummer: it's very hard to finish those, both because I'm getting tired quickly (which is a part of the point of the challenge) and because by the end, leg muscles are growing stiff. I don't believe it happened the last time I did the challenge - around a year ago or so - and maybe it has to do with the fact that I'm doing the runs along the way; I don't know for sure, but it pays to pay attention to such things.
Tomorrow is a big day. It'd be my first time doing a full five-minute run, twice, as well as it will mark my first week. After tomorrow's challenges are dealt with, I'll switch to weekly reports: from there on, it will only be about growing, not adapting.
And... I guess I'm done. Told you there's nothing to report.
