Damn straight. Completely agree with this guy. It seems like he took the time to reasonably assess the situation and act to protect his privacy. Nobody was hurt, nobody could even possibly be hurt by falling pellets. Hopefully he can get something to stick on these other dudes. "Taking pictures of a friend's house" seems pretty weak, especially considering the time elapsed and the fact that the drone is looking up under the neighbor's canopy, etc.'If you cross my sidewalk, there's gonna be another shooting.'"
