Same idea as last time, but with four focal points (with two being less detailed, of course); also went for a "flatter" look.
Illustrator, then Photoshop

I like it! I've been thinking of creating some art in a very similar style lately, though generating it programmatically.
I think the flat look works better, but needs one or two strong colours to make bits pop. I see a face when I look at it so the title fits nicely, almost getting a Metropolis / C-3PO feel from it, perhaps you could play off of that and use those metallic colours to emphasise this?
The canvas is cropped really close to the main body of the work, I think changing that could give an interesting new perspective on it (think: face in a crowd). I look forward to seeing more hats!

I played around with it a bit more based on your suggestions and have a "Part B"~
I may revisit it later to tweak it, but for now I'm satisfied. Onward to the next!
