atob is an anonymous textboard. It's rather unique and completely absurd, which makes it a lot of fun to play around with.
Has anyone here heard of this website? Does anybody understand it?
EDIT
Since it's nearly impossible to understand when you first see it, here's a nifty image I found that explains the UI a bit.
It's very nonsensical, but I find it rather fun. You can get the same colors every time I think, but you can also choose to have them change when you want or even every time you post. I saw someone create a thread talking about creating a tutorial. They could use it, but I get the feeling it's intentional difficult to understand.
I quite like how all over the place it is, it feels very free. Lots of forums/sharing sites have some rigidity to their structure, but from what I saw on my brief visit atob feels more like a big crowd of people having conversations about things that are scattered about and you can just go and join them.
I've been using atob for a long time; I never really felt how steep the learning curve could be, since I've been there for the addition of a lot of features. It's worth it though, it's a really silly place to pass the time, and even have a good quality discussion every once in a while.
