My favorite parable from Christianity is probably the parable of testing servants.
I just love the conclusion: Luke 12:48 ". . . From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked." It really motivates me to work hard, stay focused, and makes me realize that sometimes, "all eyes are on you."
