This doesn't really have anything to do with Moore's Law. The opening statement of the article, that this iPad is a vindication of Moore's Law, is wholly nonsensical. The iPad (as much as I love it) is hardly a radical technological advance, and I don't think it's doing anything to pioneer new frontiers in transistor density.
