If you are in a post, it gives you the option to follow tags that said post has along with the user and domain (if applicable) just underneath the main link bar (feed, chatter.. etc) and above the post title. Edit: this is a roundabout way of doing it, I know.. But if there's a better way out there please let me know. (:
