The last thing I submitted to hubski, almost a year ago, was Neat Beats's album prior to this new one ("Cosmic Surgery"). I commented that I listened to Cosmic Surgery "so many times". This new album is shaping up to be the same - since its release, I find myself going back to it more and more. Definitely worth a listen if you like instrumental hip hop, trip hop, or just electronic music in general.
I'd definitely say check out Neat Beats's Cosmic Surgery. Another good album that I think is fairly similar is Aether's Artifacts. Maybe The Avalanches's Since I've Left You? I also like some songs by Prefuse 73 and Dabrye in the trip-hop sphere, some artists like J Dilla, Onra, and Nujabes for instrumental hip hop, and Gold Panda, Lapalux, and Pogo if you like the sample-based aspects.
