I'm so disgusted by our country today. It's just been story after story. I'm so ashamed. I'm ashamed that I live in the capitol of our nation and speak to wide-eyed tourists every day, and I can't speak of any of it except out of disgrace and shame. This is systemic and concerted, and yet people will still fight about how it was justified, or how it works the world over, or that it matters if he did or did not steal a fucking backpack or cigar or whatever it is this week.
