It's time for the second show in our 2014 season! This fall, we present Tomfoolery, a revue celebrating the words and music of satirist, mathematician, and cult favorite, Tom Lehrer. From Poisoning Pigeons in the Park, to Fight Fiercely, Harvard, to New Math, Who's Next? and The Vatican Rag, Lehrer's genius is on full display here. The show also includes an opening short—a 5-minute mini-musical called Volcanoes!!—composed by our own Zach London, who cites Lehrer as an early inspiration. It's pure, brash, silliness, you won't want to miss.
Get your tickets here, or call us at (734) 926-5346. Early sales have been very brisk, so don't wait!
The show runs on Thursdays, October 2, 9, 16 and 23, at Conor O’Neill’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, 318 South Main Street, Ann Arbor. Best of all, we're are partnering with Conor's to offer a dinner theatre-style show, with dinner seatings available starting at 6:30 pm, and performances each night at 8:00 pm. Conor's is offering most of its menu for dinner and kids are welcome, though there are some mature themes and innuendo (think PG rating).
Tickets are just $20 for both dinner and the show, or $10 for show only. We think it's the best deal around.
