Yup. A good way to stop fear, worry or feeling down is to cause a break in it by reminding yourself of what's really going on. If I'm in my house and I'm scared of the dark, I remind myself that I'm just being paranoid; if I'm worried, I tell myself it's not worth worrying about. Fear, worry and pain are all indicators of something, and that's where their practical value comes from; being mindful of why they are there is important. Ask yourself why you feel these things; if there's a problem, fix it - if there's not, you're just worrying about something that isn't there.
